Kutchan Jaga Matsuri (Potato Festival)
Niseko area's largest summer festival celebrating the region's beloved potato (jaga-imo), held annually in early August at Ekimae Dori (JR Station front) in Kutchan town. Features vibrant parades, taiko drumming, cultural dance performances, food stalls, festival games, and a spectacular fireworks finale. A true community event drawing visitors from across the region. Usually held first weekend of August.
